This 6-week course is suitable for complete beginners and intermediates working on improving specific techniques. Throughout the term you will learn about preparing clay, throwing simple shapes on the wheel, how to trim and glaze them. By the end of this course, you will have your own hand made pots to take home.
6 x 2.5 hour classes once a week.
The course fee of $465 includes tool use, clay, glazes, and up to 2.5 kg of firing. Additional firing is available for $16.5/kg.
Students are asked to bring a towel or apron to each class, everything else is provided.
