With increasing competition in recruitment and additional regulatory and mandatory requirements, training your teams is vitally important to ensure that you are compliant and that your people are both capable and confident to achieve their goals and objectives.

Anyone who is new to training design or delivery and needs a foundation in the principles of running a successful training programme.   • Engage and inspire delegates in a virtual or face-to-face learning environment using a variety of methods

  • Deal confidently with challenge and difficult situations

  • Evaluate the learning to improve and develop the learning outcomes and experience

  • Identifying the need – using consultative questions to identify, test and confirm outputs of the learning

  • How to set the evaluation criteria – what does success look like?

  • What, why, and how people learn?

  • Setting clear learning objectives – knowledge, skills, and behaviour

  • Prioritising your content – building towards your objectives

  • Creating a safe and positive learning environment

  • Structuring your session – introduction, development areas and effective summaries

  • Promoting a “discovery based” learning environment

  • Facilitation techniques – 9 key methods to engage the learners

  • Managing a virtual classroom – tools and techniques

  • Delegates will deliver 2 x 20-minute sessions as part of the course and receive group and trainer feedback

  • Evaluation methodologies and reporting to demonstrate return on expectation
