What’s It About?

This non-accredited train the trainer course provides you with the knowledge and skills to plan, deliver and evaluate effective training courses.  It will give you the expertise you need to carry out in-house training to your team.

It is a generic train the trainer course. Therefore the skills can be applied to any type of training role whatever the business sector you are in.

What Will You Gain?

By attending the course, your employees will understand how to plan, deliver and evaluate training programmes.  They will know how to make their training more inclusive, engaging and effective.

On returning to the workplace, they will have the confidence and skills needed to deliver effective training within your business.

Who Should Attend?

This course is ideal for anyone who has never delivered training before. It is also good for trainers who want to reinvigorate their training skills.

The course is not suitable for anyone delivering publicly funded training or wishing to register with an awarding organisation. For this, you would need either the three-day Level 3 Award in Delivering Training or the five-day Level 3 Award in Education and Training qualification.

Why’s It Important?

No matter what type of training, everyone attending is entitled to a learning experience that respects diversity, enables participation, removes barriers and anticipates, and considers various learning needs and preferences. This course will teach you how to achieve this.

To train other members of your team or customers, you must also have the knowledge and skills in your chosen subject.

Just because someone has knowledge and skills in a specific subject, do not mean they are a good trainer. If you don’t feel confident teaching a class or you aren’t sure how to structure the session, your message will not be communicated or understood successfully.
