In the first 5 weeks you will learn the skills needed to create a pair of trousers/jeans and will then make a pant of your choice that fits you.

At Centre Front Studio you can learn how to sew and pattern cut from our tutors with experience within the fashion industry from design & development through to production.
We focus on teaching you the couture and industrial skills needed to achieve professional looking garments at home. The environment and teaching style at Centre Front Studio is informal and relaxed making it a great place to sew surrounded by like minded people
Dressmaking classes are offered by New Forest Fabrics for all skill level. We have 6 sewing machines for hire.  If you wish to reserve one, please confirm when booking.  The charge is £5 per class.  You are welcome to bring your own sewing machine if you prefer.
Develop your technical skills of using embroidery to create stitch art in a contemporary way. Explore your thinking of textiles and embroidery and gain skills through embroidery techniques, textile materials and a variety of subject matter.
During this course you will learn new sewing skills under the guidance of a professional Lecturer.
Is it time to sort out your craft bag so you can find the right size needles and keep them all together – then you may like to learn how to make your own Knitting Needle Wrap? A fabulous range of fabrics will be provided cut out and ready for you to sew.
These sessions are for confident beginners, as we run other workshops alongside these sessions. Join our ‘Late Night Sewing’ sessions if you require more focused, intensive, professional and technical sewing guidance and advice.
