This program, accessible from the age of 8, aims to develop and perfect gymnastic skills in a safe environment. This course aims to specialize in floor gymnastics (tumbling)

 

The participant:

  • Will develop their self-esteem through surpassing themselves.
  • Will progress by reaching different levels.
  • Will learn to control his body in space.
  • Develop their concentration to perform movements at their own pace, in a dynamic and safe environment.

 

This course generally meets the needs of young people who practice an acrobatic sport, such as cheerleading or dance, among others.
