The QCC Training Center is a training center renowned for its excellent training in cheerleading and acrobatic initiation. Located in Quebec City, our establishment offers its students a dynamic and safe learning environment.
This program, accessible from the age of 8, aims to develop and perfect gymnastic skills in a safe environment. This course aims to specialize in floor gymnastics (tumbling).
In level I, students will individually learn or perfect each of the following movements: the side wheel, the round off, the flic-flac, the wheel without hand, the hand jump, the back as well as the front.
