This basic non-accredited course is suitable as an introduction to food safety and hygiene or as a refresher course for staff working in the hospitality or food service sector.
Develop the skill and knowledge required to use personal and food hygiene practices to prevent contamination of food that might cause food-borne illnesses.
Our Internal Auditor Training course has been designed to teach you how to conduct an internal audit. It is useful for anybody working in food manufacturing, food service and catering or the meat industry, especially those acting as Internal Auditors under Approved Arrangements.
