Course Details

Lesson one covers classic favorites with a vegan/vegetarian twist- you will learn how to make dumplings using  TVP as the meat alternative as well as a rainbow fried rice that will bring five colours to your meal.  

Lesson two delves into a few lesser-known but equally tasty dishes, including a sweet treat (sticky rice and red bean moneybags), and soybean paste (miso) eggplant.

Depending on the time So Fan might demonstrate one of her other favorite dishes, such as steamed tofu with black bean or stir-fried Asian-style greens.
