Our Fisher & Paykel state-of-the art space has all the latest induction cooktops and fantastic ovens, perfect for learning and kind of cuisine – from Peter’s Masterclasses on Kaimona to our pastry chef, Petra’s baking, to guest tutor classes on everything from Singaporean Street food to Kiwi Italiano to Pacific sweets to Indian vegetarian. Food from every Homeland.

Join Cecilia and learn to make various Korean vegetarian foods with a focus on snacks and lunch dishes. You'll get to taste the dishes prepared, and take home any leftovers. The actual dishes prepared on the day will fit with whatever good quality produce is available at that time.
I offer classes, dinners, and talks in and around Dunedin and periodically around New Zealand.
I do a lot of my foraging around my property as we have taken a no mow approach, just letting the plants grow where they like. In this class we will forage for edible weeds here at The Veggie Tree HQ, but we will also venture out to my local beach to gather some seaweed treats.
