In addition to its larger size, the viola plays a much deeper, mellower sound than the violin. It’s been used as the alto voice (middle) of the violin family since the 18th century, between the violin and cello.

The cello is an instrument that is powerfully expressive in both a solo context and as part of an ensemble. The cello has been a standout piece in some of the most beautiful and haunting music in the classical, pop and jazz formats
Cello music class is offered by The Arts Center for All.We have this training for all our students after they are able to read music without hesitation. These abilities develop your eyes, ears, and brain fully with good balance.
This class offers cello students of intermediate and advanced levels the opportunity to explore all things cello within a collegial group setting. This allows for peer input and the chance to explore a particular topic or theme in greater depth than can be covered in weekly private lessons alone
The Krentz Cello Studio enjoys a reputation for excellence. The studios are focused on the idea that the best single motivator is progress and therefore the ability to truly enjoy the cello’s full potential.
