These lessons are just as effective as in-person lessons, and I love having a direct connection online to my students to share sheet music, give feedback on recordings of themselves that they send me, and write out clear practicing/lesson notes to email

Guitar, bass, ukulele, mandolin, banjo lessons! Having fun playing music and wanting to learn and improve is the only prerequisite!
Chinook School of Music offers an Introductory Violin Group Class for ages four and five where students learn the fundamentals of violin playing such as bowing, notes and rhythms. By the end of the session students are playing melodies and are ready for private lessons.
Students of violin can begin their instruction as early as six years of age and as late as adulthood
