Learn for enjoyment or prepare for the stage or examinations.
‘Melodique’ is not a high-pressure environment and you or your child may progress at a pace that suits. Of course, if you feel comfortable we can plan a performance – whether simply in the studio to friends and family, or publicly at a competition or venue.
You or your child can learn in a positive environment and will flourish with patience, support, and constant encouragement. Our lessons are made fun and interactive, whilst of course, being effective and educational.

Lessons take place at our studios or online. Private or group lessons are available. Tuition is weekly, Mon-Sat, during each school term.
All Melodique Music School tutors have their Working With Children Check and are trained and professional musicians. We pride ourselves here on making lessons fun, personable, educational, and student orientated. You may be goal-focused or simply want to learn for enjoyment and relaxation.
Depending on current government recommendations, there is also the option to join our adult choir or enroll your child in our weekly or holiday singing group.
You don’t need to bring or prepare anything for your first lesson. Instruments are available to borrow at our studios if you don’t have your own.

Violin is an instrument that can be learnt at almost any age from around 4 years. Adults can also happily learn violin and thoroughly enjoy it!
Our Violin teacher, Michael, gets students to love the Violin by teaching them to play popular rock, pop, and classical songs while implementing basic concepts and skills like bowing techniques, finger placement, scales, intonation, key differentiation, and rhythm.
TYMI holds weekly technique and performance forums. Every student of every level has opportunities to demonstrate their technique and learn from each other. Ting Yun will assess your technique and make suggestions and corrections accordingly.
