DurationOur Individual Modules invite students to receive qualifications into the world of beauty. There are a variety of fundamental subjects to choose from, that allow the student to enter into the industry as well as have the option to build onto this qualification should they want to further their studies.
The qualifications offered per module can be achieved Nationally or Internationally to allow students the opportunity to work in South Africa or to travel the world with a recognised International Qualification.

The Academy is authorised by SAAHSP, CIDESCO, ITEC, Services Seta & QCTO to offer their training through a variety of courses in beauty health & skincare as well as hairdressing and barbering.
Training is comprehensive and all courses provide a balance of theory and practical training, with the content of each course continually reviewed and updated.
It is a policy of the Academy to apply Recognition for Prior Learning (RPL) procedures in an attempt to acknowledge former study achievements, especially for more mature learners.

This course requires case studies after completion of 6 sessions at Soma Sense, and successfully completing exams.
This course involves the removal of unwanted facial and body hair with use of wax products, also learning the use of proper hygiene and safety practices in this course.
Thread Lifting is a relatively new addition to the existing portfolio of anti-ageing treatment modalities. It involves the placement of bio-absorbable synthetic filaments in the subcutaneous plane to create a mechanical lift and/or stimulate tissue regeneration with the result of skin rejuvenation.
All practical's are demonstrated in class and each student will practically complete all demonstrated practical's hands on in class.
