Tai Chi Bang Form (or 8 Immortal Flute Form) was created by Master Jesse Tsao.  It comprises three parts - the first being meditative, the second begins to cultivate more energy, while the third is for self defence. Tai Chi Bang is suitable for all levels of experience and ability.

Yang 18 Short Stick Form will be included in each class.  The Short Stick is approximately hip height and is usually made from wood or bamboo.  Short sticks are available to use during the class but it is advised you purchase (or make) your own. Yang 18 Fan, a short, relatively easy weapons Form is included and the more advanced Kung Fu Fan will be introduced.
