Tai Chi Bang Form (or 8 Immortal Flute Form) was created by Master Jesse Tsao. It comprises three parts - the first being meditative, the second begins to cultivate more energy, while the third is for self defence. Tai Chi Bang is suitable for all levels of experience and ability.
Yang 18 Short Stick Form will be included in each class. The Short Stick is approximately hip height and is usually made from wood or bamboo. Short sticks are available to use during the class but it is advised you purchase (or make) your own. Yang 18 Fan, a short, relatively easy weapons Form is included and the more advanced Kung Fu Fan will be introduced.

Tai Chi Foundations is a 45 minute, light Tai Chi exercise class, consisting of both seated and standing movements. This class focuses on the foundational movements of Yang-style Tai Chi without focusing on a structured routine. Foundations is a perfect way to start your Tai Chi journey with AACT!

'Tai Chi for Everyone' is ideal for beginners as an introduction to the benefits of Tai Chi. There are 8 basic movements. It has been structured to enable people of all ages and physical capacities to enjoy Tai Chi.
Our Tai Chi classes take place every Monday at the Suncare Community Centre gym. We offer one hour beginner and intermediate classes, conducted as part of a 10-week program.
