We also incorporate many other activities in the camp, such as engineering activities, fitness, confidence development, mind games, construction, spy games, self-defense concepts, relay races, and so much more. Your child will come out with tremendous uplifted power, a sense of accomplishment, and great memories that will last for a very long time.
All our camps are coed, and they're great for boys and girls ages 7 and up. You can choose to sign up by the day for a full-day camp. To facilitate the ultimate experience, we specifically keep our camps small in size. This allows us to provide personal attention to every single child in the camp, increase the number of activities, and keep every single child safe and motivated.

Winter break from school is the perfect time to chill out with science! Join Frost Science for day camps and start the new year with some amazing experiments, discoveries, and investigations, all while creating friendships.
Campers will enjoy instructional coaching on our Olympic-style equipment, including Trampoline, Balance Beam, Bars, Rings, Pommel Horse, Vault, Spring Floor, Tumble-Trak and foam pit. Pre-School campers will enjoy arts & crafts and creative movement activities in addition to gymnastics.
The most fun & tech winterbreak experience. Camps are full days of hands-on Tech & Design activities for a fun, engaging, fast-paced day!
Campers escape the cold with Fernbank! Campers, ages 5–10, will travel back in time to explore the coldest regions of the earth alongside Fernbank educators. Campers will play games, create crafts, and learn with exciting, hands-on activities.
Winter break camp is offered by First Athletes Sports Training. First Athletes Sports Training (F.A.S.T.) is a child development program introducing children ages 2–6 to the world of sports in a non-competitive, encouraging, and most importantly, FUN way!Â
