Woodworking course is offered by Old School Makerspace. The only thing better than having a one of a kind wooden bud vase is making your own! This woodturning class will serve as a great introduction to the craft for novices. It will also afford more experienced turners opportunities to build on their current knowledge and skills.
At The Old School Makerspace, our primary focus is on building community around more hands-on arts and crafts such as woodworking, painting, drawing, and ceramics. It’s a creative coworking space where people share equipment, tools, workspace, and knowledge with one another.

Designed to prepare students for entry-level work or to upgrade their existing skills in woodworking. Course has a hands-on focus that covers safety procedures, furniture design, hand and machine tools, materials identification and applications, fabrication processes, and project planning.
