This training will teach you about making a painted drip cake with candy brush strokes and bark designs.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Working with Chocolate 
  • Making and working with ganache 
  • Making candy brush strokes and bark as cake accents 
  • Painting ganache 

 

What to Bring :

  • 2 layer, chilled 15.24 cm (6 in.) iced cake
  • Apron 
  • Paper towel 
  • Wax paper if you don’t use parchment 
  • Plastic bag for clean up 
  • Toothpicks 
  • Glass bowl for melting and mixing ganache (big enough for a 200g chocolate)
  • 2 sealed containers for left over ganache and candy 
  • A few small glass bowls to mix Colours with Chocolate 
  • Damp cloth for clean-up
