It is important that workplace safety and health reports such as investigation reports, right to refuse work reports, audit reports, and other safety documents that are required by legislation are clear, concise, and efficient.

In this course, you will learn and demonstrate effective use of written communications to ensure that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of your recommendations using language appropriate to the audience.
