Pasta is not something hard to cook and many of us live on this as a weekly staple, This workshop however will give you the opportunity to perfect the techniques in making fresh pasta and create the famous shapes of ravioli and tortellini.
In this class you will learn how to make the following dishes:
We offer a range of day and evening cooking classes for all ages and abilities. Each class will teach you the skills they needed to make delicious dishes that can be prepared quickly or in advance to be enjoyed with family and friends at home.
Our classes are informal and relaxed, but well structured and feature a mix of demonstration and hands-on cooking. At the end of most classes you will sit down together to enjoy the food that has been cooked along with a glass of wine, coffee or tea.
Make fresh pasta dough from scratch and make two fresh pasta fillings. We will then roll, fill and shape our pasta. Cook and eat your pasta at the shop, or take it away to cook and serve at home. This is a 100% vegetarian class. Not suitable for those with intollerance to wheat / gluten.
