This class is for anyone who is curious about Brazilian culture and wants to widen their knowledge, or for those who just want to come along, have fun and groove to the live music. The class is supported by live percussion, Creating a magical, unique Brazilian vibe!!!
By learning and exploring different sequences, participants will learn and understanding the BASICS of Brazilian dance styles while improving their co-ordination, flexibility as well as their technique and musicality.

Zumba began in the 1990’s and is a Colombian dance fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez.
Zumba classes are not like your normal, everyday aerobic class. There will hardly be any verbal cueing and Zumba uses "tracked music" and not continuous music. The instructor will lead the class in easy, simple movements with a combination of dance and fitness moves.
Dance Workout is a class that is designed to get the whole body moving.
