Who are we?

Launched by Barbara Gardner Sharp, Gill Abbotts and Rachael Davies, we have 50 years experience of working in the training sector. After years of discussing how the training industry could be improved, the opportunity arose to start a training company together that would take a different perspective on delivering creative and high quality training solutions.

Our team includes learning and development specialists, trainers and partners, who have been hand-selected based on their knowledge, qualifications, experience within the field and their personalities!

What do we do?

Our Community provision is fully funded through our AEB contracts, we deliver to the Liverpool City region and Non devolved areas across the UK. 3D Training specialise in delivering short courses to unemployed people or people looking to reskill.

Our tutors are particularly keen to support people who may have significant barriers, be in drug and alcohol recovery, have mental health issues or suffer with low self-esteem and confidence issues.

Our provision has been quoted as “life changing” from learners themselves, our service partners and Ofsted. Our delivery is fully flexible, we can deliver out of hours, in various community venues – basically wherever there is a need for a training course we will deliver!

Our Employer provision is delivered by experienced industry specialists, all hand picked by 3D Training because of their skills and knowledge. 3D Training’s commercial tutors have teaching qualifications and lived experiences, therefore all training is relevant, interactive, engaging and leaves a lasting impression.

Our commercial delivery is bespoke to each client – we do not believe in “off the shelf” solutions. Our experienced Sales team match the tutors to clients by understanding the client brief, working closely with the client to design training packages.

3D Training ensures all training results with action plans for the clients, therefore supporting the business to implement changes, drive new initiatives ultimately supporting progression for the individuals and business.
