Emotional Intelligence has become an essential indicator of the sustained success of leaders.Organizations work more harmoniously when leaders are emotionally intelligent.

Emotional Intelligence Competencies allow leaders to direct their emotions in areas of positive impact, and build legacies of leadership.

Eighty-five percent of senior-level success, in research, has been attributed to emotional intelligence. And this because at that level of seniority ones technical and functional competencies are presumed. They are not differentiators.

The most valuable capabilities at all levels have to do with people's ability to lead, inspire and be inspired, collaborate across stakeholders and build systems and processes for sustainable success.
