Dean Chen Meijuan has more than 30 years of experience and is a well-known baker and international judge in East Malaysia. He has been invited to Taiwan, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Thailand, Vietnam, and Sabah as judges.

In 1982, he won the championship in the Singapore Wedding Cake Competition. In 1982, he successfully opened his own bakery academy in Kuching. Dean Chen loves to study all kinds of baking and cake design all over the world.

Dean Chen has attended the Haiqing Class of Chinese Culture University, China Shell Food Industry Technology Research Institute, Hong Kong Dickson Catering Institute, Suzhou Wangsen Bakery West Pastry & Coffee Institute, China Guangzhou Bakery School.

Indonesia Nila Sari Baking School, Rosalina School of Cake Decorating in Indonesia, Wilton Method of Cake Decorating in the United States and Academy of Pastry Art Training School in the United States learn from the learning experience.
