Asia Ability has been designing and delivering creative, high quality, personal development and team effectiveness programmes throughout South East Asia since 1996. We now also conduct these professional programs on a virtual platform.

Asia Ability’s core business lies in developing the skills and performance of individuals and corporations through impactful learning experiences. In addition, Asia Ability brings global best practices in training and development to the Asia Pacific region.

• We have offices in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam and have a deep understanding and extensive experience of operating throughout the Asia Pacific region.
• At Asia Ability we work regularly with hotels and resorts in designing programmes either indoors in conference rooms or outdoors on resort grounds, on a beach or remote paradise island, in the jungle or even around city streets!
• We regularly run events in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Hong Kong, China, Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam. Our reach also extends globally, as the South East Asia member of the Catalyst Global network, a widely-recognised company providing innovative team building experiences. In addition, Asia Ability is a founder partner of the Global Leadership Alliance, an international organisation focused on bringing top class global solutions to businesses around the world.
