My name is Simon Mawer, and I want to help you!

After 30 years as an entrepreneur, it is fair to say I have had my share of ups and downs. These are par for the course as the very definition of an entrepreneur is a person that takes financial risks in the pursuit of a profit. 

The ups were of course amazing, I am grateful to have travelled and worked all over the world, and enjoyed all the comforts a successful work life can bring

However I wasn't quite prepared for the downs, and I had more than my fair share of these. Legal battles, losing assets and returning to live with parents at 40 years old took their toll. So much so my health, both physical and mental and ultimately financial, I suffered immensely. 

The end result was finding my self stuck, in a rut, having lost my mojo, unable to move, crippled with self doubt, overthinking, limiting beliefs and generally very unhappy. 

Until I met someone during the spring of 2018 who changed my life. They were working with NLP, Neuro Lingusitic Programming, a group of processes and techniques that enabled me to change everything by realising, I had not lost anything, and in fact had all the resources within myself to change my life and get back to success. 

I was so impressed with these techniques I decided I wanted to know more and to ultimately help others who felt like I did. So I went back to the training room and here I am 4 years later with my own successful coaching business.
