Belly Dance Wales Classes

Stephanie had been a professional dancer and choreographer for 30 years based in Cardiff Wales. She is an experienced dance teacher and choreographer who runs www.cardiffcabaretclub.com and is a celebrated Burlesque performer FooFooLaBelle.

Stephanie trained in Musical Theatre at The Arts Educational Schools, London and has enjoyed an extensive and varied career as a dancer and performer in all styles of theatre.  She holds Exercise to Music and Pilates qualifications.
All classes include:

Warm up, "Drills”, repeating hip and upper body moves so they become effortless and precise, traveling steps & Choreography, Cool Down & Stretches.
