This course provides you with a foundation for understanding cloud computing with practical experience. By the end of the course, you will be able to communicate accurately and appropriately and have the qualities needed for employment in the sector.

This apprenticeship trains you to provide excellent customer service and can be applied to hundreds of job roles across a huge range of industries. You will ensure customers are dealt with in a positive, reliable and pleasant way by offering advice, answering questions and handling complaints.

The course provides you with a wealth of knowledge about the Travel, Aviation, Hospitality & Events sectors which will enable you to make informed choices about your onward career plans. We offer a variety of runways (at different levels) for you to take-off from.

This course is designed for people with little or no experience of teaching English, and for those with experience who require an internationally recognised initial teacher education qualification.
