Since 2001, the Brooklyn School of Real Estate has been a New York State approved school with both centers located in Brooklyn, in the heart of Kings County.
We offer programs preparing individuals for various careers in real estate. Such careers include: real estate salesperson and broker, home inspector, appraiser, and mortgage loan originator.
We also offer continuing education programs for Real Estate and Insurance professionals. Our courses include a traditional classroom format as well as self-study material.
At Brooklyn School of Real Estate, every student is important to us. We pledge that you will receive a quality education and service. Our dedicated and experienced teaching staff includes brokers and educators; our classes schedules are convenient and flexible.
All applicants for a real estate salesperson license must attend and successfully complete New York State approved 75 hour salesperson qualifying licensing training class and pass a school real estate salesperson exam prior to licensure.
