I'm an award-winning cake artist, cake decorating instructor and YouTube content creator, who appeared on Season Three of Food Network's Holiday Wars! I share my passion for cake artistry through teaching in-person and virtual classes; from the basics of cake decorating to more advanced techniques. Additionally, I volunteer my talents as a Sugar Angel for Icing Smiles. I also create custom cakes, cake pops and cupcakes for private clients!
In this 3-hour class, students will learn how to prepare a cake for amazing decorating: layering, icing a cake smooth, coloring icing and basic/intermediate piping techniques. This is a great beginner's level class!
