Come ready to dance & sweat! Warm up, learn a few hip hop progressions & right in to the choreography. This class is geared towards picking up movement & full out performance by the end of the session.
Learn to Swing dance without a partner! This class focuses on building a strong vocabulary of classic jazz steps, improvisation skills, and personal style.
Learn the basic rhythms and movements of Lindy Hop, including 8 count and 6 count rhythms, swing out variations, and the history of this great dance. No dance experience required.
