 The company was formed in 1996 by Dawn Edwards a multi-award winning Entrepreneur based in Nottinghamshire, and formerly president of East Midlands Chamber of Commerce (Derbys, Notts, Leics) in 2019/20. 

  We work closely with our clients throughout the training and development cycle, assisting them with identifying training needs, creating programmes in response which bring tangible benefits and enhance performance at all levels in the organisation.

We have high levels of interaction with our clients and stakeholders, most often Human Resources or Learning and Development / Training Managers, who are tasked with spotting, retaining and developing talent in their organisations.

We offer training programmes in-company, throughout the UK, designed to meet the specific requirements of our client organisations.  

We specialise in Leadership, Management and inter-personal skills development and aim to be the best in our field in delivering practical work-based solutions.

Short courses and qualifications are available in a wide range of topics and can be delivered at a location and at a date and time to suit you.

We also offer a range of courses on published dates throughout the year which are held at our purpose built training and conference centre in Nottinghamshire.   

Our facilities are also available for hire and are perfect for meetings and training courses, with ample space in a tranquil and relaxing environment.
