The fact that all my classes are hands-on makes cooking fun and easy to learn. Majority of the classes are one day classes. Held either in the afternoon from 2 – 5 P.M or Morning from 11 - 2 P.M, they are all practical classes, not just demonstration based.
Cyclo-styled recipes are handed over to all students with appropriate measurements of all the ingredients, right up to the measurement of Salt. This ensures that the taste of the food, when made in my class, and when tried out at home, independently, by my students, is the same.
Ice Creams & Kulfis Classes are offered by Chhabria Cooking Classes which includes Vanilla, Tuttie-Fruittie, Strawberry, Fresh Strawberry, Kesar Pista, Mango Fresh Mango, Black Currant.
Bengali Mithais Classes are offered by Chhabria Cooking Classes which includes Paneer/Chenna, Malai mava, Rabdi, Rasgullas, Malai Sandwich, Angurs, Chum Chum, Rasmalai, Ras madhuri, Malai chops.
Puffs Classes are offered by Chhabria Cooking Classes which includes Khari biscuits, cheese straws, puff pastry, short crust pastry, vanilla cream, samosa filling, chicken 65, kheema/nuttrela filling, white sauce filling.Â
Simply Delicious Desserts Classes are offered by Chhabria Cooking Classes which includes Blue Berry Cake, Gulkand & Rose Petals Panna Cotta, Hazelnut Mouse, Marbled Loaf Cake, Lava Cake.
Gum Paste Classes are offered by Chhabria Cooking Classes which includes Marzipan icing, fondant icing, gum paste, roses, daisies, carnations, cala lilies, leaves, drop flowers, ribbon insertions.
