Whether you want to forget about your day and escape into dance, or celebrate and let it be your outlet, the dance floor will always be there. No matter where you come from or who you are, when we're in the studio, we're all on common ground.
In this class, dancers will learn how to safely perform acrobatic movements.
They are strong and energetic dance forms that teach rhythm and a variety of complex and controlled movements.Â
Tap classes will include the ADAPT syllabus as is teaches the dancers terminology, technique and choreography.Â
Contemporary dance incorporates strong leg work with emphasis on the use of the upper body.
Dancers will build upon their Ballet technique, working on dynamic and vibrant movements dancing to upbeat music.
