With over 20 years of experience in the health and beauty Industry, Harriet Jeffrey has gained a reputation for excellence as a teacher, business owner and therapist.

Harriet started her career as a beauty therapist before following her heart to study reflexology, aromatherapy and business management at the University College Birmingham.  Harriet has worked as a therapist, reflexologist and spa manager in some well known 5* locations such as The Grove (Hertfordshire), Chancery Court (London) and Ellenborough Park (Cheltenham). Her client profile is well known, celebrities and even royals!

Harriet’s love and enthusiasm for holistic and complementary therapies shine through, her desire to help people does not stop at the treatment room door.

After completing her teacher training qualification in 2015 Harriet welcomed and trained new therapists and reflexologists whilst teaching at Gloucestershire College, she now continues to with her teaching and training work to help improve the skills of qualified therapists as well as developing and teaching the Level 5 Reflexology Diploma to the reflexologists of the future at Coopers Hill Academy.

A little note from Harriet...

Well, what a start we have had to the first two years at Coopers Hill Academy!!

This years students are busy writing their business plans and the excitement is building as they begin their new ventures in this wonderful industry. In the meantime, I am busy working on the academy to ensure the highest level of training is provided along with a fun and interactive training environment in preparation for our next class to begin this October.

At the end of 2022 Coopers Hill Academy became a founder partner of the Integrated Reflexology Consortium (IRC) and in March 2023 the IRC became the new registered centre for the Agored Cymru Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology! The IRC partners thoroughly revised and updated all the content of the L5 Diploma to ensure the course is comprehensive and relevant for today’s professional clinical reflexologist.

Coopers Hill Academy are proud to be offering this completely new and updated Level 5 reflexology training for anyone looking to learn different, varied and exciting practical skills, alongside valuable practitioner skills, to help support any client with their health and wellbeing.
