In my eyes Swimming is the best sport in the world. It can be a survival skill, a fun activity to share with friends, a great way to lose weight, tone and build muscle, improve overall fitness, and to rehabilitate the mind, body and soul. There is no other sport that allows all of this yet still has no impact on your joints.
