About Florida Medical & Aesthetic International School requires a brief history about us. Our Institution's current name, adopted in 2019. The school officially changed its name to Florida Medical & Aesthetic International School on July 29, 2019, following approval by the Commission for Independent Education of Florida. Prior to that, the school was known as The Medical & Aesthetic Institute Carlos J. Finlay until 2012, when it became Florida Medical College after incorporating three new associate degree programs into its curriculum.
