Why Yoga?
Yoga helps us remove what we do not need in our lives, whether it is stress, strains or fatigue, however minor or major, we all want to feel healthy and happy. Yoga teaches us how to rebalance and improve our life.
Yoga means union and when our life feels stretched yoga brings it back to balance. A yoga practice can be tailored to suit our needs – energetic or gentle, physical or meditational, yoga is the solution.
Yoga at work
Since 2020 the pandemic has changed how many of us work, we might be in the office, we might be at home working, or we might be doing what is now called hybrid working, combining work at home and in the office.
Wherever you work, I offer you the opportunity to practice yoga.
Remember: the harder you work the more you need yoga.
Yoga helps reduce stress, helps us focus, and basically helps to get rid of what we do not need, and let’s face it, there is always stuff, distracting us, draining us and stopping us from feeling on top of what we must do in our lives. Yoga is the antidote to hectic.

I am able to travel to your office/business to offer classes to staff.
I am also able to offer classes for staff wherever they might be via ZOOM online yoga classes.
The sessions consist of advice on how to reduce and manage stress, as well as useful techniques that the individual can learn on the courses. These include mindfulness meditation and similar meditation techniques, along with breathing exercises, based on yoga pranayamas.
