The Excavation Safety Training Course covers the following topics: Scope, Application, and Definitions Specific Excavation/Trenching Requirements Including: Surface Encumbrances Underground Installations Access and Egress Vehicular Traffic Falling Loads Hazardous Atmospheres Water Accumulation.

The confined space safety class covers the following subjects: Hazard Assessment for Confined Spaces General Requirements of the Standard Hazardous Atmospheres Engulfment and Other Hazards Permit-Required Confined Space Programs Permit Systems Entry and Exit Procedures Employee Training.

This course is designed for employees who may need to work in the vicinity of an asbestos remediation project. This course does not qualify employees to remove or handle asbestos in any way.
