Welcome to Heron Moon

My name is Rebecca Barabich. I established Heron Moon in January 2020 with the intention of empowering others to take better care of themselves.

I previously worked in sales and marketing for more than 20 years.  

I had a fantastic time and enjoyed the challenges and success I achieved. However, although I loved many aspects of my career, I felt called to do something different.

I had identified a real disconnect between my ambitions and what I could achieve within the confines of the work I was doing.  As a certified Life Coach, with a keen interest in psychology, I wanted to do more than supporting my team with those skills.  I took a course to become a sound therapist, using Tibetan Singing Bowls, and I also became a certified laughter yoga leader.

My purpose is to facilitate and guide others to take better care of themselves, recognise their potential and provide the space for them to trust their own intuition. I am passionate about impacting the workplace, as we move into a new era,  my desire is to change the way employers view mental health, to see the opportunity of an inclusive, supportive structure that values its people and champions autonomy and flexibility. 

My business continues to evolve as I grow and develop.
