The Academy has a culinary theatre with a seating capacity of around 30 students at a time. The Academy also has a workshop where individual attention is given to prospective chefs / bakers who want to polish their skills in the field of baking and confectionery.

The Academy offers the best in the teaching field by conducting classes and inviting guest Chefs both national and international, for demo/workshop sessions that focus on a specific design of study covering all cuisines.

Rumana Jaseel, is one of the leading Pastry Chefs in India with over 15 years of experience in culinary art. Chef Rumana is a certified Pâtissier & Chocolatier with an unquenchable passion to explore the field of culinary arts and elevate it to international standards.

Rumana is a chef entrepreneur and the owner of Incredible Art - an Artisan Cake Boutique in Kochi, while simultaneously wearing the hats of Executive Pastry Chef, Chocolatier & Academy Dean at the Incredible Art - Artisan Cake Boutique & Academy.

Being a passionate innovator in the field of pastry art, she has been awarded innumerable honours, almost as splendid as her cakes.
