IQ-AM (Institute of Quality Asset Management)

The Institute of Quality Asset Management (IQ-AM) is a private Registered Training Organisation that specialises in Asset Management training, change management, system and framework implementation and mentoring for asset dependent organisations.

We are leading experts in Asset Management training and gap/maturity assessment. Our competency based training courses and qualifications are the only Government Accredited programs in the world.

Our personnel are professionally qualified Asset Management and/or Training specialists each with decades of experience in their fields.

Registered in 2009, Founders Tom and Ingrid Carpenter saw an increasing need for sound Asset Management training and support.

Quickly accepted and delivered in large Tier 1 organisations such as BHP, our training saw a massive flow on effect by the improvements made by our  participants.

IQ-AM’s ability to support organisations with up-to-date advances in AM thinking and practice is enabled by facilitators on-going participation in ISO TC251 and thought leading organisations such as the AM Council and WPiAM, and maintaining currency through undertaking assistance and mentoring programs with client organisations.
