Musical Theatre class is offered by KNT Danceworks. Our classes are open to adults of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. There’s definitely something to suit everyone.

The Beginner’s Contemporary is all about learning the basics of Contemporary dance and getting to grips with the style. This class starts off with a warm up to increase the circulation around the body. We then move on to around 35 minutes of technical exercises that improve posture, core strength...

There are several different styles of jazz in the dance world from funky jazz to broadway and commercial jazz to lyrical. We love to keep you up to date by incorporating the various styles with chart topping songs and using them to inspire a new routine each week.

A great opportunity for people with experience in tap looking to keep their skills up to date, or people who’ve been to our beginner classes and are looking to take their dancing to the next level.

The intermediate Ballet class will suit you if you’ve done your ballet exams to at least grade 6 or been in our adult classes for at least 3 years (although this very much depends on the individual). You are still learning new steps and perfecting them but all the basics should be strong. Exercis...
