About us
At Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) we are leading the way in mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity care.
We are the main provider of specialist mental health and learning disability services in Leeds. We also provide adult neurodiversity service in Leeds; we provide some specialist services across West Yorkshire and Humber & North Yorkshire, and we provide some highly specialised services across the North of England.
Our caring and respectful staff use their expertise to deliver a wide range of specialist and innovative services to all the communities we serve. From community support to crisis treatment, our care is people-centred. Simply put, this means we actively involve the person using our services so they are empowered to achieve their personal goals and can enjoy a fulfilling life.
Our mission is to improve the health and lives of the communities we serve by providing outstanding mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity services; to be a great place to work and a great partner to work with. We actively involve people in their care to empower them to achieve their personal goals and enjoy fulfilling lives.
