Meet The Chef 

 

  • After being awarded Best in Class in her graduating year of the George Brown College Culinary School, Chef Leanna La has honed her skills by cooking for fine dining events across Toronto, including the Shangri-La Hotel’s Bosk Restaurant, and Oliver and Bonancini's Events and Catering division.
  • The internationally diverse Toronto culinary scene significantly influenced Chef Leanna’s style of cooking – she innovatively enhances classic recipes using ingredients and methods from other cultures. Chef Leanna was born in Vietnam to Chinese parents, and raised in Canada, giving her an especially unique perspective on Asian food. She is skilled in creating Asian Fusion dishes with a Chinese and Vietnamese twist. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Chef Leanna also prepares food that is both delicious and nutritious for her clients.
  • Through her experiences working in Toronto, Chef Leanna was inspired to build her own business to provide the same high-quality food through Private Chef Services to clients in their homes and intimate events. She loves to bring people together to connect through shared experiences with food.
