In this class we will show you how to chop, slice, dice & sharpen your knives!
Take the first step toward a B.C. trade certificate and professional cooking career by learning soups and stocks, meat, seafood, poultry, breakfasts, cold kitchen, and desserts.
We’ll work on knife skills, measuring, prepping, planning and sequencing and work in details about nutrition, spice, how to to substitute and much more.
