Sewing techniques include: installing zippers, hemming pants, pockets, Hong Kong seams, how to sew a sleeve (set a sleeve) using different textiles, and much more!

Growing food, gardening and making/building crafts in the garden is fun and engaging! We will do various craft projects for the garden, and have a special guest who will teach us about planting and growing flowers and food. We’ll complete garden-related projects in wood, ceramics.

During this course, the basic forms and techniques of pottery will be covered. Glazing and surface decoration will also be taught.

Learn Color Theory, brushwork techniques, direct and indirect painting methods in an upbeat, fun, creative environment. You will learn both realistic and abstract techniques in painting to create interesting artwork.

In this intensive one day workshop, we'll cover all the basics of shooting the old school way! Starting with the fundamentals of manual photography, we'll transition to learning all about how to load and shoot 35mm film before transitioning to 4x5 large format photography and much more!
