MAK Aviation is an Authorised Training Organisation - ATO - (Highest level of Civil Aviation Authority) and a sociable flying club with flight school established in 1999 within easy reach of London and the Home Counties at Hertfordshire's historic London Elstree Aerodrome.
We offer an extensive range of training courses for General Aviation pilots and are always delighted to welcome newcomers to our growing family of flyers - from new students learning to fly.
From ab initio to qualified pilots with hundreds or thousands of flying hours behind them. In the world of aviation there is always more to learn and further to explore.
The LAPL licence is only valid within the United Kingdom, however permission may be sought from the officials of the destination country to fly abroad. This licence can be obtained by anyone who is fit enough to drive a car.
