Mindful Safety Concept

Ronald L. Reese, founder, and CEO of Mindful Safety Concept LLC has extensive knowledge in Health and Safety for manufacturing and construction industries. I have a dual certification as a Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) in General Industry and Construction.

I am an authorized outreach trainer in Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) for General Industry and Construction, as well. In addition, I am certified as a Safety & Health Environmental Professional (SHEP).

I have worked 30+ years as a millwright with on-hand experience in construction of trench digging for transfer presses, utilizing medium and heavy duty machinery, to the destruction of taking one apart.

I have worked in the private sector for 24 years in the Occupational Safety and Health Profession. I actively participated in OSHA Wall to Wall Inspections including the reporting of fatality investigations. I maintain my expert knowledge of Health and Safety standards through certified professional education courses offered through the University
