North County Cooking Classes

Charles usually goes by Charlie even in the Kitchen. Charlie is a friendly guy with 40 plus years’ experience working and owning his own commercial kitchen. This is the same Charlie that brought Charlie’s Classic Cooking to your front door with his first venture over 15 years ago.

Charlie was one of the first home delivery meal services in North County at the time. Charlie has always loved people and sharing his knowledge of food with others. In this next phase he has decided to make his kitchen a place where anyone and everyone can learn to cook.

The focus of North County Cooking Classes is to bring people hands on experience of cooking in an easy going environment. Many of our classes will be taught by our own “Chef Charlie.” Anyone who has taken a cooking class from Charlie will be happy to know he is back doing what he loves.

Our students will also have to opportunity to learn from other professional chefs. Specialty classes taught by chefs trained in Cake decorating, Vegan cooking and from Home Chefs with culturally diverse cooking backgrounds.

It is Charlie’s dream to help anyone who wants to learn to cook to feel comfortable with whatever level of cooking they would like to learn.
