Community courses are “first steps” for adults to learn new skills, develop confidence, meet others in welcoming classroom. The purpose of courses is to support students into further learning or employment (paid or voluntary).

If you find supporting children and young people learn in the classroom enjoyable and rewarding, this is the course for you. You’ll learn all about how children develop their understanding, professional best practice and how to promote learning.

This course is perfect if you want to work with children but feel worried about taking the first steps onto a course which has a placement/work experience or if you like the sound of a smaller group with lots of opportunities to learn practically.

The 18th edition programme is a short course aimed at anyone involved in the design, construction, inspection and testing of electrical systems.

As of July 2022, there were over 520,000 battery-electric cars in the UK and in 2021-22 there was a 92% increase in electrical vehicle registrations on 2020. This figure is predicted to grow steadily. As the number of battery-electric cars increases so does the need to rapidly expand the electrical
